안녕하세요. 저는 계명문화대학교 식품영양학부 이성호교수입니다. 한국식품영양학과 교수협의회장(2021)과 한국식품영양학회장(2022)을 역임하였습니다.
식품영양, 음식 전반과 관련된 분들께 물질의 기본성질이 나타나는 분자(molecule) 단위에서 이해를 돕고자합니다.

Hello. I am a Professor Sung-Ho LEE of the Department of Food and Nutrition at Keimyung College University.
I served as the chairman of the Korean Food and Nutrition Professors Association (2021) and the Korean Society of Food and Nutrition(2022).
I would like to help those who involved in food nutrition and food in general to understand the basic properties of substances at the molecular level.
Based on this, it covers contents for education for experts such as nutritionists, dietitian, hygienists, and food (industry) technicians.
