Hello. I am a Professor Sung-Ho LEE of the Department of Food and Nutrition at Keimyung College University.
I served as the chairman of the Korean Food and Nutrition Professors Association (2021) and the Korean Society of Food and Nutrition(2022).
I would like to help those who involved in food nutrition and food in general to understand the basic properties of substances at the molecular level.
Based on this, it covers contents for education for experts such as nutritionists, dietitian, hygienists, and food (industry) technicians.
